Chef Mollie is a Dallas-based private chef and proud UT Dallas alumna whose culinary journey has taken her from national television to racetrack paddocks and intimate dining rooms. She has crafted performance-driven menus for award-winning Motorsport teams, competed on MasterChef and Chopped, and brought her creativity to celebrated events like the Dallas Food & Wine Festival, Taste of Dallas, and Chefs for Farmers.

Mollie specializes in curating unforgettable multi-course tasting menus and boutique dining experiences, blending global flavors with modern techniques. She shares her passion for food through cooking classes and demos at the Dallas Arboretum, the Texas State Fair, and beyond—always with the same warmth and heart that fuels her work.
Her foundation began with a three-year culinary program, followed by diverse industry experience, a seasonal pop-up on Lake Texoma, and the launch of a healthy meal prep and catering service. Each step refined her craft and deepened her love for connecting with people through food.
